This Regulation establishes the procedure for processing personal data of users of the site “Grifon – Guest Rooms and Apartments” www.grifonhotel.ru and www.grifonrooms.ru Individual Entrepreneur Voronov D.V. (hereinafter referred to as IE), and ensures compliance with the requirements for protecting the rights of citizens when processing personal data.

Personal data received from the guest is processed in accordance with and in order to comply with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, Resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 687, 781, etc., the law on migration registration, ensuring the safety of property and providing services to individual entrepreneurs; using all the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data within the competence of the individual entrepreneur, in order to avoid any changes, loss, illegal use and unauthorized access. The IE is responsible for the proper and confidential handling of the guest’s credit card details and uses them only to guarantee the room reservation. If the guest’s credit card cannot be used, the guest can provide guarantee of the reservation in an alternative form. If the guest does not agree with this provision, he can cancel the reservation by prior agreement of the parties. If the parties choose to receive information about the credit card, the individual entrepreneur undertakes to: ensure the safe storage of data about the cardholder; maintain the security of all working systems and applications; restrict access to cardholder data by a business need. When a guest transfers credit card information (number, owner’s name, expiration date), the individual entrepreneur undertakes to use it once, not transfer it to third parties and not save the CVC code of the credit card.

Using the IE website, booking rooms and sending news

You can use our website without specifying any information about your identity, i.e. anonymous viewing of IE offers is possible. You can receive information about prices, description of services, view our special offers. To book a room for certain dates, you will need to provide contact information that will allow us to send you a confirmation in response.

The individual entrepreneur does not store or transfer personal data of guests to third parties, with the exception of cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

When booking a room, the following information is saved: name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, dates of booking, arrival and departure times, as well as “additional information” (if entered). In addition, credit card number, owner name and expiration date are saved when booking is guaranteed by credit card. It also records the moment of booking and the IP address from which the booking was made.

In order to provide accommodation under a rental agreement, your data is used to uniquely identify your booking. At the time of arrival, you enter into an agreement to use your personal data for specific limited purposes. After departure and with your consent, you will be able to receive and use special offers to your advantage. The IE will only use your email address and will only inform you about our own offers. If you unsubscribe from mailing, your email address will be removed from the list of recipients. At any time, these actions by the individual entrepreneur will be stopped on the basis of a written application received from you with a request to stop processing your personal data from the date of receipt of your application by us.

Data processing when visiting web pages

Cookies

So-called “cookies” are used on the IE web pages – small text files that are stored on your computer, in which data is recorded that help to “recognize” you on subsequent visits. They are recorded at login to authenticate the user during an active session. You can independently delete cookies from your computer at any time, as well as visit web pages by disabling cookies.

Plugins

Various extensions (plugins, content elements of other websites) are placed on the IE web pages. When accessing web pages, a connection is automatically established with the corresponding site, and the site receives data about the user, for example, domain name, access date, HTTP response code requesting the website, data volumes, as well as IP addresses or their parts. Personal data is not accessed.

Payments via the website using VISA or Master cards.

In all cases, the IE provides only a connection to the corresponding site. You can find out for what purpose and to what extent the site collects and uses data, as well as privacy policy, on the corresponding site.

Transfer of data to third parties

The individual entrepreneur does not store, sell or transfer to third parties the personal data of guests, except in cases where the provision of information is a special obligation in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation.

Your right to receive information

In accordance with the law on the protection of personal information, you are granted the right to receive information about your stored data, as well as, if necessary, the right to correct, block or delete this data. Please send your questions, complaints and statements regarding the collection, processing or use of personal data to the address: 191186, St. Petersburg, Kan. Griboedova, 35, Guest rooms “Grifon” with your passport details. In the process of considering your personal written request, the IE guarantees the confidentiality of the information you provide.

The period for processing personal data is unlimited. The user can at any time revoke his consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator via e-mail to the Operator’s email address info@grifonhotel.ru with the note “Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data”.

This document will reflect any changes in the personal data processing policy by the Operator. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
